North Adams Critical Repair September 2026

As a Brush with Kindness/Critical Repair Project, we demolished an existing shed and built a new shed.

As a Veterans’ repair project, we replaced the roofing and siding of a small shed and replaced the house siding and two windows on the north side of a Clarksburg home. We completed these parts of the project in May and June, then returned in August to replace a damaged concrete block of the front…

As a Brush with Kindness/Critical Repair project, we added an access ramp coming off an existing deck, moving and repair the existing deck steps. We also repaired deck railings and added spindles to the deck as well as to the steps and the new access ramp.

As a Brush With Kindness/Critical Repair project, we replaced railings, spindles and lattice on a side deck and demolished and rebuilt a front porch with new framework, floor, railings, lattice and steps.

As a veterans repair project, we replaced a rotted sill, rebuilt a short exterior wall and reinstalled the exterior door and siding. We also replaced a broken bulkhead door and replaced vinyl siding along the lower front walls of the house.

Our construction crew has completed the Brooklyn Street deck project with new vinyl siding installed on the adjoining walls.
